Made from high quality TPU the i-TAG is an ISO standard 11784/11785 FDX-B 134.2khz electronic ear tag.  ICAR approved and tested, each i-TAG has high retention and long read range.  Read range up to 35 cm or 1.15 ft with LiveTrack reader.  The i-TAG is also anti-collision and encoded with the same number as printed on the outside.

High quality, microbe resistant and UV stabilized, the Supertag has a strong black, self piercing pin that is virtually bloodless.  No more broken pins and fewer lost tags.

Click and they're fitted, no blood - no fuss.  Self-piercing and free swinging; any dead tissue cut from the ear drops freely away ensuring no infection or irritation.

Able to rotate a full 360 degrees out of trouble, independent tests show a 99% retention rate with ease of insertion and less pain or tearing with the unique "no needle" applicator.

It's all in the pin; No blood - No Fuss
This revolutionary and unique design ensures no snag application everytime.  As the nylon pin withstands degradation, tags remain in place longer.

Each e.Tag contains a passive, full duplex (FDX-B) radio-frequency identification (RFID) transponder encoded with a 15 digit identification number that can be read in milliseconds, even in "noisy" environments with high amounts of metal and electrical interference.  It is available in standard (985) and NAIS code (840) formats which are approved for use by the USDA in the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) program and International Committee for Animal Recording (ICAR).

Manufactured in an ISO 9002 approved facility, the air coil and electronic components are molded and permanently sealed into a durable, high-grade polyurethane using an exclusive patented process. The e.Tag studs include self-piercing component specifically angled to provide small, clean incisions.  They are also treated with infecta+guard to reduce risk of infection and disease transfer, and to facilitate proper healing.

What really sets this tag apart from the competition is the tensile strength and its superior cold weather application.  Please contact us for information on the Tensile strength study and how it compared to the competition.

The Combo e.Tags are an RFID button affixed to a tamper-evident visual identification panel tag.  This is for programs that demand a unique electronic identification number as well as a matched visual tag.
