The Fastcards Visitor Management Solution is a web-based solution for Visitor Check-In that will require a PC with internet access.  A web-based solution provides a more cost-effective solution for Visitor Management because it is Modular and Scalable.  As a result, our Visitor Management Solution can be used as an Enterprise wide solution from the beginning.  

Our web based solution will allow a visitor to check themselves in using a PC.  The PC will need access to the internet.  Our solution will have camera feature capability to assist with visitor authentication and a scanner to capture data from a driver's license and pre-populate the database.  An ISO PVC smart card visitor badge in a variety of formats and customized to the needs of the facility will be printed automatically. 

All visitors can be screened through the sex offender nationwide database.  The system will allow administration staff to manually enter custody, restraining orders and banned individuals.  Visitors will be processed in 25 seconds.  Identification of any of these individuals will result in a customized private alarm via e-mail, SMS, or electronically.  A report can then be printed showing why the visitor was flagged.           

For pre-registry on scheduled visits, an online video and if required, a questionnaire can be delivered through the internet to instruct card holders of the regulations surrounding their visit.  A questionnaire or acceptance of conditions questionnaire can be answered to ensure a comon understanding and acceptance of the conditions of entry.  The Port of Portland is an example of how this works.  Click here to view.
